[Resolved] Vodafone — complaining about recharge plan for mobile no - [protected] | |
My previous vodafone plan was expired on 2nd april 2020. On 19/03/2020, i discussed with one of the customer service representative regarding the plan and offers and he told me that if you will recharge now in that case your new plan will start from 03rd april 2020 for 84 days after completing your current ongoing plan. Even i asked him so many times and he told me the same thing.in that case, my new plan start date will be 03rd april 2020 not 19th march. It is only due to wrong information provided by him and i recharge my number 15 days before the completion of active plan. Even i already discussed with one of the customer service supervisor. He also told me that i am raising a complain and you will get a call in 2 days but i didn't received any solution. After that i wrote so many email to vodafone care and they email me that your plan will be activated till 27th june, but today on 10th june i got message that my plan has been deactivated and for data usage and calls balance is deducted from my main balance.
