[Resolved] Vodafone — complaint about validity recharge | |||
Hi Sir, We have received a message last month to recharge with a minimum of Rs.35 besides from having minimum balance. Also when contacted customer care, the executive said that every month we have recharge Rs.35 or else number will be disconnected, service provider are cornering middle class people's by forcing to generate revenue. Plz take action against these service providers who are bring new rules and crushing middle people's to force to do such recharge just to generate their revenue. This is some kind of blackmail which Vodafone is doing with their customers. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
