I have been a Vodafone user since 10 plus years. Recently the tariff was increased and I was informed by mail but my consent was not taken whether I want to continue with their service.
I spoke to the costumer care executive n complained about the tariff rise. He assured me that for the next 6 billing cycles, the company will give me a monthly discount of 100 rs.
I received the bill and there was no discount .
I again spoke to the floor manager Mr. Ajinkya who said that there is no such discount company policy.
That means I have been cheated and misguided by the vodafone customer care executive. Was this information helpful? |
