I recently ported out my number from Vodafone to JIO. Despite terminating my services with Vodafone, I have been receiving demands for payment without any accompanying bill or explanation.
Complaint Summary:
I find it unacceptable that I am being asked to pay without receiving proper documentation of the charges. Transparency in billing is essential, and I expect to be provided with detailed invoices for any outstanding amounts owed to Vodafone.
Furthermore, I am concerned that Vodafone is attempting to charge me after I have ported out my number. As a customer, I fulfilled all necessary procedures to terminate my contract with Vodafone, and I should not be subjected to any additional charges after the port-out process is complete.
Requested Action:
