I had raised a company with Vodafone IN about my International calling and messaging services being barred.
It has been almost a month now with no solution.
Customer care executive just say that it's being worked on, and reply once in a week.
When I ask them contact details of superior to escalate my complaint, they do not provide me they.
They even asked me to recharge my number with Rs 150 to solve the problem, but that didn't work and the recharge was of no use.
