[Resolved] Vodafone — customer care representative gave me wrong information and they did not give me my required pack. | |
On sunday(27/10/2013) I talked to customer care representative for 3G pack on morning, he told me a special offer for you, if you recharge Rs101 you get 300MB for one month. When I recharge Rs101 I get 500MB for 20day 2G pack. At 11PM sunday night again I talked to customer care representative he told me that their representative gave wrong information. he told me that I transfer your money to your balance account, You recharge Rs10 your balance account is near about RS107, after that you sms *444*103# you get the 3g pack.Next day monday morning I recharge Rs 10, on monday two times and tuesday morning I talk customer care representative about my pack, they just harassing me. Till now today(29/102013) tuesday evening I will not get the 3g pack.
