Vodafone — Customer service poor and not allowing to prepaid first recharge

I am customer of vi postpaid network . i visited vi store on 7.05.2022 for postpaid to prepaid requested . first they not allowing me to convert post to pre i was forced him they converted and my prepaid network was activated on 8.5.2022 .i cant able to make frc through retailers' called customer team they not understand my query . very bad vi network cheating customers
