[Resolved] Vodafone — Deactivation of Plan without informing | |||
My Friends & Family (FNF) Plan got deactivated from January for my Vodafone number without any information. When I received my bill in the month of February, I complained about the same on 18/02/2015. Since then I have called Vodafone customer care atleast 15times, mailed them around 7times but I haven't received any response on the issue. First they asked me to provide them time till 3rd March to resolve the issue. On 3rd I receive an email stating they need 2more working days and they will revert by 5th. Again there was no response from their end. Then I received a call from [protected] on 8th March again asking me what the problem is, but even she didn't have any solution to it. She told me someone else would call me on 9th and resolve the issue. After that I just received an email on 21st March asking me on which no. FNF was deactived, though I have mentioned it on my previous emails. This careless and laid back attitude from Vodafone is simply unacceptable. When I visited the South City store on 21st March, even the attendant was unable to help me. He further asked me to email at the customer care website. When I showed him all the emails, all he did was made a complaint request from his end whch is suppose to be resolved by 24th. In short, none of them have any answers. They are playing the blame game on each other. I have clearly stated them that I will not be paying the bill for the month of February unless I receive proper justifications for this act and refund of my amount.
