1)Issue in bill amount:- I was charged more in my first billing cycle so i called the toll free number and the helpdesk person suggested me to visit the vodafone store but the person sitting in vodafone store was not aware of such issue so he referred the e-bill and said that i have access the chargeable web site and some third party which they are not aware off is charging to vodafone so i have to pay the money. In this case i was using the wifi from other service provider when this log are generated in my system.
2)SIM BLOCKED:- Helpdesk team is not aware why my sim was blocked so again visited the vodafone store were they informed me that i have to pay my balance which was of 80 rs. So to activate the sim i paid 100 bucks and the sim was activated but within 24hrs it was again blocked so again i repeated the NO-RESOLUTION CYCLE and came to know that it is been blocked as my billing amnt is exceeded the credit limit so i registered the quarry to increase my limit but to proceed they required my salary info. Now the thing is if this issue is because of credit limit then why my sim is not yet activated with start of my new billing cycle.
