[Resolved] Vodafone — debited balance without your confirmation, we want refund your debit balance

Dear Sir,
we don't like any chargeble services by your company. We already
redressed a complaint one year ago by your customer care executive
please deactivate all chargeble services except calling and text
massaging, when debited balance from my account . Your customer care
executive deactivated and confirm next time no incomming call by
company, no chargeble service activated on your no.
After one year this process are repeat by you again and debited 30
rupees today, then we extermly request to you please refund our debit
balance earlier. that's your operator fault not mine because we
already informed you one year ago.

Vodafone India Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

As per our records the deduction was done for a PPU i.e, pay per use service which is only deducted when some kind of services is used by customer on their consent. Hence, We are unable to provide refund for the used service. If you are not satisfied with the response you can write us on [protected]@vodafoneidea.com for further assistance.
