Vodafone — Deducted balance in wrong manner

Hi,

Vodafone has deducted around Rs.500 on name of service packs.

I need my money back.

This service packs are never activated by me.
Since February month they have deducted around ₹ 500.
When I called customer care, they did not raised my complaint and they disconnected call everytime.
I called 5 to 6 time and talked to below executive and they did not raised complaint and also they disconnected call.

Even any senior person is not ready to talk and raise complaint.
Above person are disconnect call like Vodafone has given authority to them to not to listen my complaint and disconnect call.

Please help me to get refund of illegally deducted money.
