[Resolved] Vodafone — Deduction of 20 Rs on the name of downloading | |
on 29th oct 14 i was using net but i did not press any link for which i should be charged. unnecessary 20 has been deducted from my main balance. when i come back from my job and checked the balance, i call cuctomer care and told them to return my money they have not returned my money by saying that it is of one day before. i request complaint cell to help me out in this matter and returne my money with a punishable charge to vodafone j Was this information helpful? | |
