I received the following message on 25 aug on my cell phone : Dear customer, Thank you for downloading fun portal from carbun8. You have been charged rs. 22 Your balance is rs. 90.28 This is completely false. I did not download anything. Was this information helpful? | |
Sep 1, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved company has given me a stupid logic but has refunded me the amount which was deducted fraudulently.
company email id:[email protected] Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Aug 28, 2020 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As per our records the deduction was done for a PPU i.e, pay per use service which is only deducted when some kind of services is used by customer on their consent.
