[Resolved]  Vodafone — Deduction of money from main balance unnecessarily

I got a message at 12:45am from VZ-ViCMS stating that I have used ppu_game and deducted ₹10 from my main balance. And then I saw a previous sms from some days ago that deducted ₹15 because I had supposedly used VIDEO. I don't even know what these two things are and I would like a refund or at least I want to know what are these that I am using without even my knowledge.

I spoke to the customer service. They returned the ₹10 which they had deducted for ppu but not ₹15 for the VIDEO service. I asked them to stop all these services. I still could not understand the reason for this.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
