Vodafone — Deduction of talk time | |||||
Dear sir, Talk time of amount Rs. 90/- has been deducted from my vodafone account ([protected]) without any reference between 24/10/15 and 25/10/15. On 26/10/15, I spoken to customer care, but all day there was some network problem. So, they were not able to give any feed back. On 27/10/15, when I spoken to customer care executive, he told "It has been deducted for some service activated through clicking link/add". I asked him to stop the same and send me the reference for further refund action. No message received for the deduction reference. But, message for stopping of activated service received. Again spoken to customer care, she told the same. I asked her the refund procedure, as it was not my mistake. She dropped the call, at sudden. It was disgusting behaviour from a customer care executive of a reputed company. Why should I pay the huge amount without any reference or my knowledge?
