Vodafone — deductions for vas which i had not asked for or activated | |
I've had random amounts being deducted from my account, rs 49 and then a few days later rs 14 which i've been told are for vas. I've not applied for any vas services that i am aware of but vodafone are refusing to refund the deducted amount citing that "the service had been activated through the flash link on your number". I have no idea what this means or how the service was ever activated. I have asked for details on what exactly the above means and exact dates and times of when these services were activated as i'm am 100% sure they were not activated by me. I don't mind paying for services that i've asked for but deductions like this are plain and simple deceitful and theft of credit from my account. Was this information helpful? | |
