[Resolved]  Vodafone — delay in providing solution to my complaint of number separation from family plan

I am requesting vodafone idea for the separation of my number from my family plan to port out to other carrier, but without informing me vodafone idea has shifted me to corporate account, thus i am not able to speak with customer care number also, i have paid all my dues and still i am unable to port out, it's been more than 4 days now, very bad customer support from vodafone ideam
