Currently i am a Vi customer and is intending to port my number to a different cellular network service.
I am not able to get the unique portal code (UPC) from vodafone despite sending several port request to 1900.
Vodafone replies with, "Oops, you seemed to have typed a wrong keyword!" for each of the porting requests i sent. I have made sure that theres no mistake with keywords in the port request message.
I think VODAFONE is deliberately blocking my request to port. Was this information helpful? |
