Srinath here, I have been a customer with Vodafone for the past 12 years. I had opted for postpaid and my agreed plan was Rs 99 +GST ( 300 min free call).
Three months back Vodafone changed the plan without asking me and taking my confirmation and concern.I have asked them multiple times how they can change the plan without informing me.
I followed up with Vodafone and sent nearly 10 emails to the team, but they did not show any interest in addressing my concern. Also I clearly told them that since I am not using the new plan which Vodafone has activated without my approval, I can not pay the bill.
I have asked them to provide the bill as per my old plan so that I can pay the bill on time.For this also they have not responded.
Then I clearly told them I will go for a new number. and it is a pain and mentally pressure.
For the past 12 years I have paid the bill on time promptly .You can check my history.
I told them if they can not address my concern then I do not need their service 3 months back itself.
Also, my incoming and outgoing is also barred by Vodafone for the past two months.
They do not show any respect to the customers.
I know I have not made any mistake and have paid the bills on time. It has been an mental torture to me for the past three months and wasted my time for their mistake. I will raise my concern for this mental torture for the mistake done by Vodafone and would demand them to pay Rs 2000/-.
Now they simply stopped the service for the past two months and demanding me to pay the monthly charge of Rs 299+GST/ month. which has accumulated to Rs 974.00 till date. This is not acceptable to me or to any one else.
Btw, the actual pending due as per the old plan was 116.00 rupees which I was ready to pay earlier. But they demanded to pay the bill as per new tariff which I have not agreed upon. Now I will pay the due balance of 116.00 if I get a mental torture compensation of 2000 rupees.
I can provide all the proof if needed.
