Have shifted from Post paid VI connection to Pre paid VI connection in May'21. I was told by VI tean team that deposit amount will be refunded by way of cheque and will be despatched within 30 working days.
Now almost 1 year 7 months completed. When i have given to complaint to VI team they informed me that they will send the cheque. They initially told me that cheque was sent to my old address as per Aadhar. That time about cheque despatch information i did not get and there is no intimation / information from VI Team.
In 3rd January'2022 they confirmed me that cheque will be sent to me within 30 working days.
Whenever i am reminding VI Team by sending the mail Customer care department is assuring me that very shortly they will send the cheque.
But no confirmation.
Request you to take suitable action and inform the concerned to refund my deposit.
If the customer delays one day VI will charge late payment charges of Rs.50/- minimum. For 1 year 7 months delay what penalty i have to charge.
