Vodafone — Disconnected postpaid numbers 3 months but still receiving bills | |||
I have requested for disconnected for 2 of my Vodafone numbers [protected] and [protected], more than 3 months ago. I have gone into Kammanahalli Vodafone store and paid all the dues and asked the agent will I get a receipt for disconnection. I was informed nothing as such is required as he has entered in his system and that it will be suspension mode now and after 3 months it will be deactivated. So, believing that I dint take any other information. Now I started receiving emails from Vodafone of bills and that one of my Vodafone is still active and since the other is suspended and not deactivated I should be paying. Now that I don't have the bills and no other documents, I am helpless. What can I do if their system doesn't record as in the store he has suspended it. kindly help. not sure if ill get help here but hoping Was this information helpful? | |||
