Hi - i have been facing frequent disconnection problem in last 3 months on my mobile [protected]. Every call of mine would disconnect between 3-40 sec causing severe disruption in any communication through phone. Even filing complaint required multiple calls. Initially i was suggested twice to replace sim which was also charged. Thereafter i was advised it will be resolved and my 2 complaints s. R. No[protected]Aug 06) and[protected]Sep 20) were closed without any feedback. When i complained to re-open my complaints, i recieved a message that i requested service disconnection after a rude call that their network is fully optimized.
I am looking to get the issue resolved or refund of sim charges and my monthly billings as i am unable to use the services at all.
