Vodafone — double standards | |||
Hi. Recently I have recharged my Vodafone number with 198/- as online it was showing 3G/4G data but after the recharge my pack is converted to 2G and the customer executive is telling that the same offer is not available on my number. Who on earth uses a 2G data in this era and how could any company discriminate customers by providing different offers on the same recharge. They are simply fooling by using false advertisments and the pack provided is not at par with industry standards. No wonder Vodafone is loosing customers coz of such pathetic and corrupt practices. I want the 4G not be reinstated on my number or else terminate my number as it is of no use to me. One more thing the customer executive is highly unprofessional they hung up on me after putting me on hold. The only word that can describe Vodafone is shameless. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am not getting internet facility in my handset.registered complaints with toll free and appellate authority still not resolved.appellate Authority is not even calling and ask what is the issue.just like that they are closing my complaint.such a shame on Vodafone service
