[Resolved] Vodafone — Dsspro service not provided | |
Raised repair request as per videophone mobile shield insurance. Submitted all the documents, phone and paid excess amount part of repair. I had couriered all the requested documents but still getting the message for document submission. Its been 3 months and all required communication are been made but no action taken by vodafone and dsspro. This is fraud from vodafone. There are thousands of complaints about vodafone mobile shield. Investigate and return mobile along with refund of my amount paid for repair.
