Vodafone — Exceed billing from last 4 months | |||
I have vodafone postpaid number. In my billing vodafone add netflix charges RS. 649/- from last six months, but before four months i was out out from this service and drop a mail and massage also, but charges es was not cut and company add this charges from last four months.i drop a mail for same issue in 10th Aug 2020. but from customer service center i dont got any response. so i drop a mail to appellate authority . but from appellate authority also dont give any reply.
