Since I travel outside of the country and always have the International roaming on, though I never use my mobile data while on International roaming. I use my India number for the banking transactions OTPs. Like all other time, this time to I travelled to canada and I am still in Canada at the writing of this complaint. I am shocked to see my bill this month for March 2022 is Rs.8432, which is outrageous. The data setting has always been off and still off and bill says I used data and for a week's time i have been charged 8k!!! There is this pattern of .14kb data usage consistently in a 39 long pages bill. Anyone can say this is a glitch on their part since have not used any data as my mobile network is off as other settings done correctly. If by any chance I have used the data, then why its only .14KBs multiple times in a day, what kind of data I can access in .14kbs?? This is an incorrect bill and I even contacted to Vodafone, but they denied everything and not reversing the charges. I am confident that this is a incorrect bill and I do not owe them any data charges except for the monthly rental. Please help. Was this information helpful? |
