False ISD charges have been charged to me by Vodafone Idea Limited. I received messages that my Credit limit is over when I got to know that there have been charges on some unknown account. The unknown charges were to the amount of Rs. 6200/- (approx) which later increased to Rs. 9400/- (Approx). On raising a complaint to the Appellate authority, I have received a reply that they can waive 50% charges. Whereas, I have not utilized any services, then why should I pay for it. Vodafone has disabled my cellular services. I have had to speak with their customer care executives multiple times to get at-least calling facility restarted so as to not be in a vulnerable situation of not having any active phone number to connect with anyone. But the frivolous attitude that Vodafone Idea Limited and the appellate authority has shown is very disheartening. I have been a loyal customer but need this is type of response is not right. They have even stopped all outgoing smses, This therefore does not even allow me to cancel ISD services so as to reduce ongoing damage. This is sort of a looting the customer. Losing trust in a huge name like Vodafone.
