I am Alapan Chakraborty, Tamajyoti Chowdary had purchased a post paid sim card. I lost the sim, Alternate Number:- [protected]. I cleared my bills, After more than 6 months o[censored]sing the sim card, I was about to block post paid sim card I called the customer care, as the customer care executive suggested that I need to pay the bill to block the sim card and also asked me to call him back as he will block the sim card for me. After paying the bill, I called him and he said he will block the sim card, for 2-3months no one called me from Vodafone, then again the company started to ask me to pay the bill, and when I said I paid the bill and asked one of the executive to block the sim card, they showed lack of responsibility, instead of solving my problem, they asked me who called me?, what was his name? I questioned them back how would I know customer care called me so many times, everytime a new executive calls, and I don't remember. They showed zero responsibility, and when I said it's fraud, they said they can't do anything about it, and when I asked why that particular executive didn't help me, all the other executive said they were not liable for that executive, then who is? I have paid my bill believing on the executive's word, I can't tolerate their everyday phone calls, it's more of a harassment now! Looking forward for help! Was this information helpful? |
