Vodafone — Fraudulent change of plans for a postpaid connection | |||||
I have a vodafone postpaid connection. On 16th October, 2015, I called them up to activate a pack, but fraudly changed my plan to a higher amount. I had no idea that time. When on 3rd Nov, 2015, I called them to deactivate my pack, they said you plan has been changed. I am penalizing for there mistake till now. Everyday the customer care executive would ask for 24 hr to resolve, but never came with any solution nor a call. Even two senior consumer executive staffs ( Alok Das & Amit Bhowmick ) falsely asking me everyday to wait for 24 hours and putting my call hold for more than 15 mins unnecessarily. Due to higher denomination package, I am getting charged higher than normal for past 30 days. Was this information helpful? | |||||
