Vodafone — Harassment by Vodafone representatives/customer care | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is a serious concern raised against vodafone care. I have been receiving 10-15 calls from Vodafone representatives daily claiming that my mobile no [protected] has been registered as alternate number for numerous persons who are having post paid connections with Vodafone and have not cleared there invoices. They have never verified the alternate numbers registered by these customers and now they are harassing me daily. There can be some data entry problem for one or 2 cases but I receive calls each day mentioning different names. My Vodafone no.[protected] I have deposited my bill on dated 27oct16 receipt no.861555 but they are not update and switch off my services I have received so many call regarding this I told so many time I have deposited and tell him receipt no.
Finally they stop my Vodafone service.please help me out
