Vodafone — Harassment via Calls | |||
This is the 50+ customer care call that I have received today from the same executive from Vodafone. Dear Service Provider (Vodafone), Kindly verify and cross verify the credibility of executives before appointing some at your call centre and disclosing personal information of your clients. I have been receiving calls from one of your customer care executives since morning (backed with registered True Caller authentication). Please redesign your customer service and call monitoring policies if required. Such an approach towards customers is completely unacceptable from a service provider of your repute.
