[Resolved]  Vodafone Haryana — wrong billing and no adjustment after paying extra charge

Hi Team Vodaphone, I have taken below 2 nos with mention plan. [protected]- Plan 249(which include 400 minutes+1GB data) [protected] – Plan 650(which will offer 3GB data) Problem 1 - For first 2 months you guys charged data plan(650_3Gb) at both nos and your local customer service team told me that this extra charge will be return but as of today after six month passed I didn’t get any amount. Problem 2 – last month (Nov’13)Vodfone India charged extra 144 rs for data on [protected] and customer service team + call center team don’t have any answer. Problem 3- After floating things in B&W I got confirmation on Problem 2 that extra amount will be return but again smart guys charge extra for data (2nd time)+late fee on both nos. This company has made a perfect delta to confuse customer like no answer from local team, customer care phone executive don’t have answer and B&W reply will come useless like it is your mistake to choose Vodafone. I advise everybody to be careful with this company or take prepaid rather than post paid no Otherwise you will be getting screwed financial by every Vodafone smart fellow. Thanks
