[Resolved] Vodafone — Have been forcefully unsubscribed from unlimited 3g service in two day | |||
On 29th October 2013, I subscribed for the 3GB unlimited package priced at Rs. 655/- On the same day, I got a message that says- "Your Unlimited Internet pack is active now valid upto 25/11/2013" However, today at 12.04 am, I received a message that says you have been unsubscribed from the package. And after this, I have some 8-10 MB left in my data usage account. How can this be possible? In two days I have been forcefully unsubscribed from my 3g pack? Kindly look into the matter and please re-subscribe me to my plan for which I have already paid. This is highly inconvenient. Please solve this ASAP. Now my internet pack is exhausted and I am being charged. After paying Rs. 655/-, I am being charged for mobile internet. What is all this? I'm sorry but this is so frustrating and annoying. Is anyone following this thread? Please Help!
