[Resolved] Vodafone — hell process from vodafone | |||
My Mobile number is [protected] I was using postpaid connection one year before i went to show room and paid the bill and cleared everything and converted to prepaid. They asked me to clear the bill when i went to show room, i cleared and they converted my number to prepaid. now after one year of converting postpaid to prepaid they are calling and telling i have to pay the bill otherwise they will disconnect my number. I kept for few months the receipt and i left some where. If they called me in on or two months i could check what is the problem, how can they call me after a year and ask me for payment, i donno the hell from vodafone. please help me to solve the problem Was this information helpful? | |||
