Vodafone — highly disappointed - [protected] | |||
Hi, i have a corporate plan for a monthly rental of rs. 399 and i haven't paid the bill since two months. Everyday i get calls from your executives regarding payment and i tell them the same thing over and over again that i will not pay the bill unless the "value added services" which was added to my account unknowingly and i have been paying for the same. But now when i asked them why is this added to my account they say i did it and i dint. I had even put a request for deactivating the services but still its not done yet. Every month this service is added into my account and the bill value goes to rs. 700 something. This has been happening from last two months now. Every time these vodafone executives call me they just ask when are you paying the bill and when i say "cant you see my complaints" they just disconnect the call. Kindly look into this. I got the new 4G sim vodafone from service dealer. Its been two days since i am waiting for the sim activation. Also there is error of no sms connection. Kindly solve the problem. I bought the new 4G sim with previous number on 26 april 2019.
