Vodafone HP — Despite DND activation, non-stop receiving promotional messages

Dear Sir, I m very much disappointed with the Vodafone customer care who doesn't solve my problem despite my several requests to stop unwanted promotional messages but every time they said this time it wills stopped but nothing happen till today. Problem is the same as always. I often received 10-15 promotional messages despite activation of DND on my said number, which I don't like can u help me to sort out this issue as my Vodafone number is[protected] and my name is Vinod Kumar from Dharamsala Distt.
