Vodafone — I am complaining about activating glam doll service without my permission

Today i got a message VP-VF CARE
that glam doll pack is now active, as you have requested however no such request was made from my number [protected] & rs 35 were deducted

i want my money to be refunded as there is no requirement about a service about which i do not know any thing.

Me to got the same message about glam doll service..When I called customer care of vodafone, they said that it happened cos I clicked on some advertisement. I told them to deactivate the service and refund me money, they said it will be done in 2 hours. I am waiting for the refund now.

I got this message last evening, for activation of glam doll service, which I have not requested for and not clicked on any spam pop up..
I was promised a refund last night but has not been done yet!
