Transaction I'd: ONR[protected] Phone Number: 90340***** ( Wrong recharge amount: Rs 149/- Right recharge amount: Rs 449/- I've made a recharge of Rs 149/- instead of Rs 449/- by mistake on October28, 2020. Within 20 minutes I contacted customer care and their reply was, "That we can't do anything regarding this, you've got the benefits of Rs 149/-." My last two recharges were also of Rs 449/- and this time also I was making a recharge of Rs 449/-. It's been five days I've not got any positive response from your side. After a long conversation with each and every person who contacted me on my concerned number, I've decided to PORT my number after that, I started getting many calls and messages regarding different offers and also requesting to not to port. In Rs 149/- I got: * Unlimited calls * 300 SMS * 2Gb + 1Gb Data for 28 days, after filing a porting request you're giving me an offer to recharge again with Rs 149/- to get extra 1Gb/day. (After which my total recharge value becomes Rs 298/- and validity becomes 56 days.) Which doesn't sound logical to me, and I hope you'll understand this concern. I'm a student and requires data to attend my online classes, and it's already been five-day loss to me. I request you to do the best and possible as soon as possible (till today evening, so that I can complete my PORT procedure and make an FRC of new number), else I'm bound to PORT my number, because tomorrow is Monday and I can't bear this much of loss. I'm ready to pay the difference amount of Rs300/- to get the benefits of Rs 449/-, consider this while resolving the complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
