[Resolved] Vodafone — improper fraud billing | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am a regular user of vodafone services since last 6 years. I had taken a plan of 149. My monthly bill never exceeded 350 rs. Last month i had taken a new phone. Vodafone executive informed me to upgrade to 4g sim to get best speed. It was assured that i will get some data pack free on activation. They even assured me that the activation will be done in 30 mins time. After one day i checked with the speed and it was still 2g speed. I visited the store again to raise my complaint. They said that the activation failed due to technical problems and again assured that the activation will be done on the same day. However the loop continued. I then raised the complaint over customer care number 3 times. I asked them to share the complain id.. But they assured they will sms after the call and they didnt.in the last call they assured that the 4g sim data pack is activated and i am eligible for the free data pack for one month as per the offer. Finally one day my outgoing was disconnected without any intimation. On calling the customer care they said that the bill amont is 2000 plus and i am supposed to pay it first to get the outgoing activated. On questioning the reason for such a high amount of billing.. They said they are not sure and would have to wait till the bill is generated. Till then they asked me to pay the bill. I visited the store from where i had taken the sim. I raised the issue to the branch manager. To my surpirse the branch manager was very rude and she denied the fact that the sim was taken form the same store. Also there were no records of my complaints raised till now in their system. I did not receive any support from the manager. Also she was very unprofessional while dealing with the customer. My outgoing are still blocked. It is impacting my business, majorly. Kindly help me with this fraud. Regards Priya. Was this information helpful? | |||
