Vodafone — Incoming and Outgoing calls/messages barring

I got my incoming and outgoing calls/messages barred on ([protected]) for an unknown reason since 28th Oct 2021. I did complain to customer care executive but my complain didn't resolved. When i called next day to get an update on my complain they informed me that your complain has been informed. It is such a shame on company executives closing the complain without resolving it. Now i am in trouble as my number has been associated with my working place as well as all the logins and i am unable to access anything. I can be reached on my email for communication purpose as my phone is not working.
