Incoming otp code blocked or stop when mobile do not recharged after 28 days

Actually we know Mobile recharges rising from last 6 month statistics.
Vodafone sim do not have a right atleast to block Incoming messages and OTP code such as jiomart otp code .
We people are suffering from inflation . Kindly advice the Vodafone authority about this Issue.
Otherwise I shall port Voda to Jio Sim.
