[Resolved] Vodafone — Incorrect chages in Vodafond postpaid bill d2c_mazaa_99 | |||
Hi, I am a vodafone postpaid customer. In my recent bill, I notice that an additional 99 rupees is being charged as downloads. I fail to understand how these downloads are being differentiated from my normal browsing activity. And I have an unlimited internet pack. (3G upto 3GB & beyond that 2G unlimited) And I don't recall making any specific downloads related to this d2c_mazaa_99. I have also noticed that too many complaints were been logged related to this already. And I don't want to believe that Vodafone could make such fraudulent charges, as I have been a loyal Vodafone customer for almost a decade. But I still fail to understand what else this could be. I sincerely wish that someone could address this at the earliest and revert back these incorrect charges. Was this information helpful? | |||

After calling the Vodafone customer complain no. 198.
After lots of explanation from my end, they have agreed for waiving this amount in my next month's billing cycle.
And this month, I confirmed the amount to be waived from my bill. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

The customer care executive has been very helpful.
After lots of explanation from my end, they have agreed for waiving this amount in my next month's billing cycle.
Yet to confirm the same in my next month's bill.
