[Resolved] Vodafone India — 1260+gst is charged in bill saying that spoke for 90 min to 51717 number | |
Amount 1260+gst is charged in aug bill cycle for calling a special number 51717 and spoke 90:10min which is not true as i checked my call log and didn't find outgoing call to 51717. Blocked outgoing as unbilled amount crossed credit limit. They say called to 51717 around 2pm and i spoke to incoming call at 3:pm with my family member, if 2pm outgoing call is 90min how can at 3pm incoming call can be possible. The unrealistic and illogical charges. When i spoke to them they said it's valid charge and amount can not be reversed. Cheating to postpaid customers by charging this way should be stopped. I have received 2 bills one without charging 1260+gst and latest by charge including 1260+ gst+monthly charged bill amount +gst= final bill. Too smart act to earn 1260 from every customer.
