Vodafone India — 159/- not credited to account,despite several follow ups | |||
Recharged my mobile number on 29-Jun amount of 159/-, amount debited from the account but same not reflecting in the Mobile number. Contacted the customer care, They informed me that same will be credited back within 5 working days. I waited for 10 days and contacted them again for refund, they said that send the screen shot of debit details of source account. I mailed screenshots of debit account details to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, not received any reply to my mail. after 5 days contacted the customer care again and they mailed me today stating that the recharge done to wrong mobile number, see how care less they are with the consumers. They confirmed that same will not be credited back to customer. For example, if we transfer the amount to wrong person banks will take the request and hold the funds of other party and with the due diligence they transfer the amount to victim. Here these guys are not bothered to see the complaints of victim. Please look in to this issue a serious one, which is the recklessness of of customer care on voice. Please check all call records of mine with your customer care rectify the same as soon as possible, I need my money back to the account. Was this information helpful? | |||
