[Resolved] Vodafone India — 3G Data Offer Related Complaint | |||
Dear, I have complain against Vodafone on 3G data related offer. I get message from Vodafone saying "Free 3G internet Sirf apke liye!! Rs251 ke 1GB 3G internet pack pe paaye extra 1GB 3G data bilkul free!! Poore 30 din ki validity ke saath." After that i activate the 3G pack of Rs. 251 through my main account balance. They only gave 1GB data. I file complain against this at 198, they told me it will be credited to your account within 24 hours. After 24 hours it did not get credit. Then i again call to 198 and they told me this offer is only for easy recharge, you won't get 1gb free data. I really don't understand wht they want to say. There is nothing mention about ineasy recharge in sms and why they say like that. I activate the 3g pack of 251 so i must get one gb extra free 3g data because there is nothing about type of recharge in message. I contacted vodafone care via email too, its been more than 24 hrs they did not reply. I just feel that these big company just making fool to the consumer. Was this information helpful? | |||
