[Resolved]  Vodafone India — 4g sim not activated after 48 hours!

Upgraded sim to 4g at pune baner shop pune but the new sim is not activated even after 48 hours. The old sim is not working and i am stuck. Even their customer care sucks say call us after 1 hour everytime i call. No resolution in sight. Frustrating and annoying. Is this how vodafone treats a loyal customer?
