Vodafone India — abrupt billing and adding vas without my consent | |||
I am having vodafone mobile connection bearing mobile number [protected]. For the billing period 16.11.2017 to 15.12.2017 company has charged rs.224+gst for content downloads under vas. After complaining to the customer care as a gesture they waived off the rs.224+gst and said that i was used vas while browsing internet and clicking popups and ads. But i am sure that in my my browser settings popups blocked and i am not clicked any ads during browsing. But on 17.12.2017 once again they charged rs.99+gst extra for content download under vas, even though i was not browsed any thing in browser except balance checking in vodafone app. This looks like scam by vodafone and they are looting public money like leeches. Customer care told that they are helpless to stop adding these vas. Vodafone app is the main source for spreading these popups. I wonder that even a single message not received for availing any service. Hence concerned may look in to the matter and provide justice to customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
