Vodafone India — absurd billing [protected] | |||||
Last bill shows 3000inr whereas my regular bill was around 450inr. When asked, crm said it was activated from my end through myvoda app whereas there is no mail or sms confirmation regarding my change of tariff. It is some technical problem in billing system and none from vodafone is cooperating in this matter. Please help me resolve this issue at your earliest before my last date of payment. My plan includes sms services but i can't send any messages to anyone. It has been going on for multiple months. I tried consumer support but no response was received from their side. Hope here i will get my answers.
