Vodafone India — access fee complaint | |
I am a vodafone customer, made a recharge of talk time Rs.399/- on 12.05.19. In reply rec'd a msg from Vodafone 0nb12.05.19, 8.39 PM - " Talk time recharge of Rs.399/- is successful. Talk time rec'd Rs. 3.49./- GST charged Rs.60.86/- ACCESS FEE Rs.334.65." Now it is my request to "Vodafone Customer Care" to explain why even after deducting GST of Rs. 60.86/- Rs. 334.65/- has again deducted as Access fee..? Repeated calls are coming from an unknown number i.e. [protected] and saying vulgar talks... kindly take strong action against the user of this number and block it immediately. the same number has been harassing for the last couple of hours...
