Vodafone India — Act Like Fraudster | |||
ON 02.08.15 i recharged wrongly for 104 instead of 102 data plan. i immediately called the customer care and informed about that and they confirmed that the wrong recharge would be refunded within one week. i called again twice to confirm this. yesterday 14.08.15 i called customer care again to complain about the non refund even after 10 days, the call was attended by "danapal" and he did not give proper reply and transfered the call to his supervisor "sathish", sathish informed me that me only responsible for wrong recharges and vodafone would not refund the money in any case with rude behaviour. then why other customer care officials did not said it already? If you want money from me i can give it to you as tips, don't grab it from us. I did not expect this from a reputed network like vodafone which behave like a third rated network who grab the hard earned money of its subscribers.
